The honest part

Genetics set the range. Habits decide where you land.

No app can add centimetres your genes don't allow, and anyone who says otherwise is selling something. What you control is sleep, food, posture and training, the things that decide whether you finish at the top of your range or the bottom. TallPath shows you the range, then helps you climb it.

How it works

From quiz to plan in three steps

  1. Quiz question: how much do you sleep on a school night?
    01

    Take the quiz

Age, height, weight and both parents' heights, then how you sleep, eat and move. About two minutes.

  2. Result screen: predicted adult height range 6'0" to 6'4"
    02

    See your range

Your predicted adult height as a 90% confidence range, how much of it you've reached, and how you compare to others your age.

  3. Today screen with five habits and a six-day streak
    03

    Run the daily plan

Posture, sleep and nutrition habits built from your answers. One checklist a day, done any time before midnight.

Train

Stand at your full height

Short posture and mobility sessions with guided timers. Undo the desk-and-phone slump and stop losing centimetres you already have.

  • Wall angels, side bends, dead hangs and more
  • A daily session that takes under 10 minutes
  • Step-by-step cues and a timer for every exercise

AI coach

Ask why. Get a straight answer.

The coach knows your range, your plan and your streak. Ask why you're not growing, what to eat, or what to do tonight, and get an answer built on your own numbers.

  • Answers about sleep, food, posture and your prediction
  • Grounded in your quiz answers and logged heights
  • Refuses medical and dosage questions, and tells you to see a doctor

Progress

Watch the prediction move

Log your height once a month. TallPath re-runs the prediction, plots you against your goal and tells you, in centimetres, what changed.

  • Monthly report: prediction vs. reality
  • How much of your adult height you've reached
  • A chart that grows along a ruler, like a doorframe
Progress tab with predicted range, percentile and height chart
Monthly update: your prediction moved up 0.6 cm

Streaks

Every day leaves a notch

Growth comes from what you repeat, not what you try once. Each finished day carves a notch on your streak, like the pencil marks on a doorframe. Day 7, day 30, day 100: the long marks are earned.

Streak milestone: 7 days

The science

Why a range, not a number

The Khamis-Roche method predicts adult height from a child's current height, weight and age plus the average of both parents' heights. It was published in Pediatrics in 1994 and is still the standard way to estimate adult height without a hand X-ray.

Every prediction carries error. Apps that show one exact number are hiding it. TallPath shows the 90% confidence range first, then the most likely point inside it.

For parents

How tall will your child be?

Questions

FAQ

How accurate is the height prediction?

TallPath uses the Khamis-Roche method, a peer-reviewed pediatric formula built from age, height, weight and both parents' heights. Most teens land within a few centimetres of the estimate, which is why we show a 90% confidence range instead of one confident-looking number.

Can an app make me taller?

No. Genetics set your range. Sleep, nutrition, posture and training decide where inside it you land. TallPath helps you reach the potential you already have; it can't add to it.

Who is TallPath for?

Anyone roughly 9 to 18 who is still growing, and parents who want to know how tall their child will be. Predictions are most useful before growth plates close.

Is it free?

The quiz and your predicted range are free. TallPath Premium unlocks the exact prediction inside your range, the daily plan, the exercise library and the AI coach, as a weekly or yearly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase.

Do I need an account?

No. TallPath works without sign-up or email. Your answers stay tied to your device.

Is this medical advice?

No. TallPath is not a medical device. Predictions are statistical estimates, not guarantees. Talk to a doctor about any concern with growth or development.
